I imported contacts from a spreadsheet, and they saved as all caps LASTNAME, FIRSTNAME assigned to “Firstname” status. I re-uploaded the spreadsheet to be correct with capitalization and columns in an attempt to update the already messed-up batch of names. They did not update the old batch.
When I manually try to change the names and save one, they revert to the old name after a matter of seconds. I have tried multiple browsers.
How can I fix this? We had an email we want to send to these leads this week. Thanks!
