I’m currently working on my HubSpot certification, and I’ve hit a roadblock. According to the exercise instructions, I need to review recommendations for my Google Ads campaigns by navigating to Marketing > Ads, and then clicking the “Recommendations” option in the left sidebar.
However, I’m on the correct page, but I don’t see the “Recommendations” button. After asking HubSpot’s bot, I was told that I need a paid subscription to access this feature. But some of my friends said they were able to skip this part and still received their certificates, nor did they have the paid account.
The problem is that when I click “Skip,” I don’t get the tick showing I’ve completed the exercise. So when I go to the course conclusion page, it says there are still sections I need to complete.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a workaround, how can I get the certificate please?
