Hi HubSpot Team,
I’m trying to migrate my existing CRM card to the new UI Extensions framework, but my developer account doesn’t show the “UI Extensions” option under the Features section for my public app.
Here are my details:
- Developer Account ID: [ID here]
- Public App ID: [ID here]
When I open my public app, I only see “CRM cards,” which are now deprecated. The “Create CRM card” button is disabled, and when I try to access /ui-extensions directly, I get a “Page not found” message.
I’ve already built and deployed my React project using the HubSpot CLI (hs project deploy), and it works fine in my staging portal. However, I can’t link this project to my public app because UI Extensions are not available in the interface.
Could you please confirm:
- can they be manually enabled for my developer account so I can link my React card project to the public app?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @MangeshFPBeta and welcome, we are so glad to have you here!
Thanks for asking the HubSpot Community!
Here are some resources that might help:
- The solution from @danmoyle on this post “UI Extensions not showing up”
- The solution from @kosalaindrasiri on this post “How can I properly create a HubSpot UI Extension using React?”
- The solution from @MKatewa on this post “UI Extension”
- HubSpot Developers Docs
- Build apps
- UI extensions examples
Also, please note that regarding the CRM development tools to build UI extensions with React as frontend feature, you’ll need a Sales or Service Hub Enterprise subscription. And these extensions can be displayed on the middle column tab or the sidebar of the record page.
I’d love to put you in touch with our Top Experts: Hi @MichaelMa, @kosalaindrasiri and @GRajput do you have suggestions to help @MangeshFPBeta, please?
Have a wonderful weekend and thanks so much!

Welcome to the community @MangeshFPBeta. Hopefully what @BérangèreL shared will help.
I would contact HubSpot Support directly if it were me. As I understand it, the “UI Extensions” option may not be visible in your HubSpot developer account because of feature access limitations or the gradual rollout of this functionality. It seems that’s impacted many developers attempting CRM card migrations. HubSpot’s transition to UI Extensions has left some accounts with deprecated CRM card options and disabled creation buttons, as you’ve described.
HubSpot support and documentation indicate that UI Extensions must be enabled on your developer account by HubSpot’s internal team; it’s not possible to enable them yourself through the interface. Typically, this requires reaching out to HubSpot support or your Partner Manager, providing your Developer Account ID and App ID, and formally requesting activation for the app you intend to migrate. So that’s where I’d go next.
