That plugin by HubSpot is not a substitute for the Contact Form 7. The HubSpot plugin does a few things. At a high level:

  1. Installs the HS Tracking Code
  2. Adds the ability to add HubSpot forms to your site via shortcode
  3. Ability to create forms inside of Wordpress

Whereas the Contact Form 7 plugin sends it’s form data to HubSpot, letting CF7 be your forms solution on the website.
