We currently have two companies within our group using HubSpot. Sometimes a prospect will be added to one of our companies portal but they will not be able to quote for that work and it will need to be passed across to the other company to fulfill the lead requirements.
Is their an automation for moving deals between two hubspot portals/accounts?

After investigating, it appears that this functionality is not currently available. I have come across a discussion suggesting that you export the deals and then import them into the other account: Share pipeline & deal management with partners (e.g. distributors) - Solver: @Ben_M.
Alternatively, you could consider having a developer update the deals through our Deals API: HubSpot API Docs.

Hi @BBarclay98 , have you though about using an integrator as Zapier?
You could use one portal Deals has a trigger for the task (workflow) in HubSpot and as an action you could create deals in the other HubSpot portal
Hey @BBarclay98 did you considerated using crossbeam? It’s used to work with partners but it should solve those problems 
(they have free version so you can test it!)

could you, please elaborate on the need of having this link, and also what information are you looking to transfer from one portal to another? Would you want all email history, contact, deal and company information to be added, or just the contact information?
Also, let’s say everything works as expected, how do you see it working? A property is updated in portal A to trigger a workflow that will send the data to portal B directly. Or will an email notification from portal A be sent to someone from portal B, so they are notified?
I have a few things in mind as to how it may work, I will need a bit more context though.
