This is incredibly annoying when it pops up everytime you do a refresh or a page preview when editing landing page or blog.
Please turn off for these functions.
Same annoyance when editing templates and modules. At least give us the option to turn off the cookie banner when editing pages.

When they were editing landing page with smart content, when changing the filters, the chat bot pops up, as well as the accept cookies window. It slows everything down and is incredibly annoying. In one page alone there might be 30 smart content rules.
It will be great to have this feature!
This is an issue for us as well. Is there a way to edit the custom code behind this? The banner takes a long moment to load and drives me and my team crazy. This would greatly improve the user editing experience and probably speed up the load time when opening the editor. Even if this specific issue isn’t resolved, being able to edit more display preferences for the cookie banner would allow us to better customize the page visitor experience. No one likes having to click these buttons on any page they visit, so allowing us to have more customization will directly lead to more creative ways to innovate our visitor experience.
