Is it somehow possible to generally switch off in auto save for creating e-mails in my personal settings? When I need some content parts of someone else´s e-mail I would not want to confuse the owner if I had missclicked and then the e-mail showed “last edited by Orphiker”..

This is not possible. Auto saving is enabled by default and cannot be turned off.
Other users have requested this already in the HubSpot Ideas section. I’d recommend upvoting and commenting with your use case: Switch off or pause automatic saving
The product team evaluates these requests based on their popularity.
