Trying to send an automated email mentioning all the deals assosiated with it to each contact

I am trying to send an automated email to all contacts. In this automated email I am not able to put all the deals associated with a particular contact but only one deal is getting sent. Also want to mention other related contacts.

Hi @AAwasthi. When you say an automated email, are you referring to just a marketing email? Or is this connected to a HubSpot workflow?

If it’s a workflow, you can send an email to associated contacts in a Deal, but it’s one Deal at a time.

In any marketing email, I’m familiar with adding a Deal token like Deal Name, but as far as I understand it, and have tested it, it’s just one Deal. I believe that’s a HubSpot limitation, as I don’t see a way to add multiple Deal names.

I also don’t see a standard personalization token to mention related Contact records.

Unless someone else has experience building this, I think you’ve run into a limitation in personalization in emails across multiple objects in HubSpot.
