ts important that I can accurately report and forcast to the business the annual recurring values of the deal as well as the one-time values. The ARR is no problem at all but I cannot find a way of reporting the one-time subtotal from each deal. It appears that although this value is calculated and shown when editing line items on the deal its not held as a field so cannot be reported on. Can this be considered as an ehancement request?
Hi @DCockayne ,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I can see the benefit of wanting to report on the one time sub total from each deal. If you would like for this functionality to exist I would recommend posting this on our HubSpot Ideas Forum. This is where our Product team goes to receive feedback from our customers and also allows for other users to up-vote and comment on your idea.
Best,
This is a bug, not a feature request. Exports in Deal line item rports simply do not add the value for “One-time” the way they do for other Billing Frequencies.
Hi @JLMateraVC ,
I appreciate the clarification on this.
Could you share a bit more information about you current setup? The more info, screenshots and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.
Best,
Hi Jen
See the screen shot attached. Highlighted in pink is the ARR total which is fine and can be reported on. Highlighted in yellow is the one time total which I cannot report on. I have created a separate field to capture this that requires my team to duplicate the total to the new field so I can report on it. This creates errors and is frustrating.
Hi @JenWeiss - were you ever able to address the below? I agree that we are wanting to report on the one-time fee subtotal as well, but are left without the option within the actual reporting interface. Seems that it should be available seeing as it is within the line items editor itself
Upvoting this, this is going to be essential for us to remain with hubspot. I need to provide this monthly to US for reporting. If we can’t find a way to easily extract this data, our migration to Sales Force will be moved up the priority list.
Can we get an ETA for this fix please?
I’ve found that one-time items can be reported if you pretend one-time is the same as (no value). Sure, that doesn’t necessariliy help with data hygiene, but if your team is on top of utilizing line items correctly one-time should be all that shows up as (no value).
