Trying to organize my contacts into product categories. Please help!

I am trying to organize my contacts into product categories. For example, Clothing & Apparel would be a category. I want to be able to easily look up and create email campaigns for all of my clients in this category.

Once you have assigned these properties manually to your contacts, either by an import or manually you can then use these contact properties to create a custom view in the CRM:
