# Trying to create a Webhook subscription uncategorized error

Hi,

I’m trying to create a webhook subscription, but for some reason all petitions are failing giving an uncategorized error.  
The same url accepts petitions from other sources just fine, it only seems to fail with hubspot, i’ve tried with another url and it worked fine.

When i test the URL in a particular subscription it only says Something went wrong. Please try again later or contact support.

Can anyone help?

Problem solved thanks to Derek.

The problem was that the SSL certificate couldn’t be validated.
