Trying to build a meaningful product in SEO

Hi everyone,

I hope this post is okay here.

I’m currently doing my MBA in the Netherlands, and as part of my final projects, I’m trying to come up with a new product idea in the field of SEO; a product that actually helps people in this industry, not just another “tool for the sake of it.”

For my university study, I’m speaking with real SEO professionals to understand what actually hurts in daily work. Not what marketing blogs say hurts.

I’m looking for a few people who would be willing to spend 10 minutes on a short online call and share their honest experiences.

No selling.
No pitching.
No hidden agenda.
Just learning.

Your insights won’t just help me pass a course. They’ll shape something I truly care about building.

If you’ve been in SEO and ever felt tired, frustrated, or overwhelmed by this industry… I’d really appreciate hearing your story.

If you’re open to helping, please comment or send me a DM.

Thank you for reading this far. It genuinely means a lot.

Willing to help, no call needed. The most challenging part of SEO in today’s environment is the many different ways you have to optimize. Optimze for search, topic clusters, snippets, social, mobile and now AI. Performance, page speed, accessibility, technical, etc. Oh and when you write, write for humans, not computers but ny the time you’ve tweaked everything to optimize for everything  it most certainly doesn’t read anything like what someone would - or should - write for humans. As the only marketing person in the company, all of these things are tough to juggle, so when I get emails like the one I will include below, it’s frustrating. I know I need to, there are only so many hours in the day. I’ve removed the names from this email because I value the company that sent.
