TrueDialog marketplace app goes to their sales page?

The “Install app” button just redirects to a sales page to request a demo of TrueDialog.

Can we get this reported to tech support?
How do we install the actual app for HubSpot or is there an app?

Hi @mary_a,

In the right sidebar of the app listing, there is an “Email support” link which you could reach out to and flag it with TrueDialog to fix. It’s in their interest to have this fixed, too.

If they’re unresponsive, you could escalate by submitting a HubSpot support ticket in-app, via email or chat.
