A member of our team is trying to edit our contacts list and for Contact Access I have the “Everything” setting selected for him under Contacts, including Edit, but he still can’t get in and edit the contacts list. We have the free version. Any clues? I don’t want to delete/re-invite and risk losing all his contact assignments

Could you please confirm that under Marketing permission in his users, the option “lists” is granted access.

The user was able to get Super Admin designation so this fixed the issue.
