I created a Lead Score that I now want to delete. I can only create 5 scores in my account so I need to be able to change them up as we evolve in our use of the scores.
When I go to delete the score, it says that it cannot be deleted because the properties are in use. See the screenshot just below, you will notice the delete button is grey because I cannot do it:
I’ve done some work up to this point. The “Email engagement score” was in 3 spots, but I got it down to the one spot. And it says that it is currently being used in the score itself. Hubspot is sending me in circles right now. I cannot delete the score because it has that property. I cannot delete the property because it is being used in the score. Each pop up sends me back to the previous option (property settings or the score settings). Has anyone overcome this so they can delete the score they no longer need?
