I’d like to have the ability to trigger a workflow based on when an email is logged on an object (a ticket in this case).

For example, our primary conversation inbox shared email is “[orders@domain.com](mailto:orders@domain.com)”. This email also has an email alias “[rush-order@domain.com](mailto:rush-order@domain.com)”. We’ve instructed our clients to email rush-order if their order is urgent.

I know we could create a separate shared email, instead of an alias, to solve this. But that creates other complications. What I would like to do is to have a workflow that reads the original “To” address to see if it says Orders or Rush-orders and then I can trigger a higher priority.

I’m not sure if this has already been posted, if it’s a duplicate I apologize.
