Current workflow triggers available are the the number of objects/activities OR the status of the activities
Suggestion: allow combination of the two to further segment
Example use cases:
- a specific number of closed deals (vs. the total number of deals / specific number in different deal stages)
- a specific number of attempted calls (vs. total number or specific number with all call outcomes)
I have had customers request the same idea- target enrolled objects with “only 1” associated object with a certain attribute like a name that contains a value, etc. It can be a pain point with automation when needing to single out objects with associations on more granular level.
Great idea is to be able to trigger workflows based on association labels
Yes I’m currently encoutnering this same challenge and would love to see this become an option.
