@DanielCENTURY this is why i think Hubspot should only have workflows but have two options. Currently, when you try to use a workflow to send an email, the only option is: “send an external email”. Why not have “send a marketing email” AND “send a 1:1 email” and two options? @glencornell this would also help you retain your revenue from marketing pro/enterprise as the people needing this feature for campaigns will still need a marketing sub. It would surely be easier for Hubspot to then only use workflows, and just remove sequences altogether? It’s too limited to be useful in its current format and your customers would really benefit from this.
tl;dr: Why not have “send a marketing email” AND “send a 1:1 email” in the workflow options?
