Trial of Single Send API for test account

I saw this post and would like to request a trial of Single Send API to test transactional emails. We have both a production and test account, and would like to test sending a welcome email when a user signs up. Thank you.

Hi, @MElyea :waving_hand: Because you have a paid portal as well as a developer account, have you already tried the following steps?

Please open a request with Customer Support or your Customer Success or Sales contact with:

  • Your production Hub ID.
  • The Hub ID of the developer test account to which you want a transactional email trial added.
  • A brief description of what you are seeking to test.
  • A non-exhaustive list of email addresses to which you plan to send transactional email tests.

Please let me know in this thread if you file a support ticket, and they direct you back here.
