# Transmitting handwritten notes into Hubspot as Notes

It doesn’t look like there’s any app that automatically converts handwritten notes into text and syncs them into HubSpot. Is this correct?

We are wanting our sales team to take notes on their Microsoft surface tablets and be able to transfer via OCR tool or app and turn your notes into text that they can then copy and paste into the HubSpot app as a note.

any ideas? thanks!

Hi @EReeseRealtor,

You’re right — there’s no app that takes handwritten notes and automatically syncs them into HubSpot Notes.

That said, tools like OneNote or Nebo on a Surface can convert handwriting to text. From there, your team can just copy and paste into HubSpot. Not fully automatic, but it works pretty well.

Hi You should check out [Leadbeam](https://www.leadbeam.ai/). In this example you should be able to upload or snap a picture of them into Leadbeam and it will turn your notes into structured data.
