We are a small team of 2 users ( for a non-profit I would like to add) and have just upgraded from the free version to the Starter Platform. We did not realise that one of us would loose all previous user access to HS functionalities and be downgraded to ‘view only’. Is it possible to share the core seat by regularly transferring it, say on a weekly basis ?

Yes, I am not aware of any documented limits for how often you can change the seat. For testing purposes I sometimes assign and take away seats within minutes and there haven’t been any issues.
