Transfer old HubSpot Academy certificates to new account

Hi support team,

I’d like to ask for support to transfer my old certificates from a deactivated account to my new account, if still possible (as I received them a few years back) :slight_smile:

You can request the recovery of your account here: Recover your inactive HubSpot account

If that goes well, you can follow these steps: Transfer Academy certifications to another email address

An import thing to note since you’re mentioning this was a few years back:

Expired certifications won’t be transferred.

It might be easier to redo the certifications you’d like to have than go through all of the steps above - with the risk that no certifications are transferred at all (in case they’re too old).

I no longer work for that company and don’t have access to the email, but I would still want to have my certificates. I’m not sure if they are expired or not - as I can’t access them, I can’t check. Any chance someone in HubSpot could check that?

@SantaElena89 certification expiry date range between 1-2 years, as far as I know. When did you complete them?
