Hi I’m trying to transfer my certifications from krlapointe19@gmail.com to my new account kellie.lapointe@ziplineinteractive.com. Somehow I won’t receive the confirmation email even though the website let me know that it would send.
Thanks for posting here @KLapointe - Can you confirm whether you’ve seen everything transfer yet? It generally takes 10-15 minutes. If not, I am happy to transfer these for you as long as your original email user has not been deleted from the system.

I do not see any changes to kellie.lapointe@ziplineinteractive.com. All of the course completions and progress are still linked to krlapointe19@gmail.com
Hi @KLapointe - I was able to successfully transfer these. It will take roughly 10-15 minutes for the transfer to take place!
