Transfer certifications from my old deactivated work email to new email

Hello,

I happen to have old certificates from my old work email account that got deactivated. I hope you could help resolve it for me. thanks!
Old email: kiran@kwizcom.com
New Email: kg.kirangandhi@gmail.com
Certificates: customer support, sales

Hubspot Sales Software Certified
Hubspot Sales Management Certification. it could be more but i did them in late 2023

Hey @kgandhi I just heard back from the team and it looks like there was only one certification (The HubSpot Sales Software Certification), but it expired 03/13/2025. We were still able to transfer it to your new email, but you would need to retake the exam to have an active certification. Let me know if you have any questions, I’m always happy to help!
