Transfer certifications from deactivated work email to personal email address

Hello Support Team,

I have certifications from my old work email account that got deactivated. Tried to look for articles, but hopefully, you all could help resolve it; thanks!
Old email: aholtz@measuredresultsmarketing.com

New Email: adreanab857@gmail.com

Hi,
I don’t see my certifications still. It should be under the address
adreanab857@gmail.com. I waited for over a week just in case but they are
still now showing up.
