# Transfer certification from old account

Hello there,

I have a certification that expires this month, and wanted to transfer it to my new account. I don’t have access to my old account, and was told that it was deleted by HubSpot support.

I have the url and certification ID still -- if that helps. Is this possible?

Hi Cristina!

I’m having a similar issue in which I need certifications moved to a new email from an old email that I no longer have access to.

My old email is [turner@growmarkentum.com](mailto:turner@growmarkentum.com) and the new email is tkuell@orcadigital.marketing.

I have lost access to the account because I parted ways with Markentum back in January, and I had 7 certifications, so I would greatly appreciate if you’d be able to move them for me!
