Transfer certificates from an account I no longer have access to

Hello -

I have a few certifications that I earned while in a previous role that I no longer have access to but need proof that I earned them. They include Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing I and II. My old email was jennifer.kakasuleff@goodwillindy.org and I need them transferred to my personal account at jennyk1981@gmail.com. Any help is appreciated.

Yes, I reviewed this, but it only works if you have access to the account
where you received your certifications, which I do not. I tried to login to
hubspot with my old email, but I don’t have the password and can’t reset it
without access to that email account. I read somewhere that Hubspot might
be able to make this transfer on their end.

What you need before submitting is make sure:

  • both accounts are associated with at least one HubSpot portal. For the “new” account (what we’re transferring to) it can be a free account)
  • we cannot transfer expired or in-progress certificates, only current completed certifications
