Transfer certificate from old work email with no access

Hello Support, I happen to have old certificates from my old work email account that got deactivated. Tried to look for articles but hopefully you all could help resolve it, thanks!
Old email: bill.gillott@franklintempleton.com
New Email: wgillottjr@gmail.com
