Can anyone tell me how to transfer ownership of a free account to another person in the company? I am leaving and want them to retain the database that has been built to date.

An account owner in HubSpot would be a super admin. If you make at least one other person a super admin before you leave, you and the team are all set: HubSpot user permissions guide
