A lot of us, myself included, are dipping our toes (or cannon-balling) into AI tools. But I have a feeling that the way we’re applying this technology is still new enough that we haven’t really established any ‘official’ certifications or training courses. LinkedIn, for example, is full of advice and ‘AI gurus’, but it’s still a bit like the wild west. We maybe haven’t hit the point where marketing AI use is mature enough that there’s a gold standard. What are your current best recommendations for AI training? I second Steve’s recommendation. I’ve been following Marketing AI Institute for years and recently took their Piloting AI for Marketers certification course. It’s really deep and targeted for marketers. Was just talking about this to someone outside the marketing field. I’ve been using ChatGPT daily since April and now use it probably about an 45mins a work day. - My advice is to just spend a little time with it each day. You kinda get a feel for it after grabbing a few basic tips on how to input queries. More and more ways to use it occur to you as you continue to rely on it as a tool and spend time with it. deeplearning.ai is also an amazing resource. Stanford’s Andrew Ng has the credentials and learning in AI and gives great fundamental perspective rather than selling anything. My favourite thing from this was ‘Chat GPT prompt engineering for developers’ his short course that he did with Isa Fulford from Open AI. I read a ton in this space and I thought that every bit of that one hour course was worth watching and he also provides Jupyter Notebook code so you’re accessing the API with him.
