For marketing teams using Hubspot it would be very helpful to be able to get an export of our unsubscribes over time. This is an aggregate count of unsubscribes in a basic line chart so we could see the trend line. This helps in a number of ways -- seeing overall trends, specific dates/times, seeing connection with subscription email products we send out.
This also allows us to make sure our integrations are working properly. We want to see the dates and quantities of opt outs so we can see if on any particular date there was an unusual large batch of people who were marked as “opted out” (which will clue us in that we did some sort of mistake on our end that mass applied a preference).
It seems odd that HS would only have the true/false for unsubscribe from all email when you collect dates on everything else (dates of page views, emails opened, etc.) and not have a way to see aggregate unsubscribes over the course of a timeframe. In the subscriptions history there are dates with actions.
