I’m trying to track sales that are made via a link click on landing pages. Our e-commerce sales platform is custom-built and is off Hubspot.
If this isn’t possible is their a way to report on which page converted someone to a customer i.e. last page viewed?
Hi @squigglebit
Do you have an example landing page, just so I understand the setup and process?
I come to a HubSpot landing page → click something (a link, a CTA, an image) → I get to your e-commerce platform and then purchase something there?
When you say custom built, do you mean this is totally self-built or are you using an ecommerce SaaS platform?
If it’s the former, are you have to embed the HubSpot tracking code on your ecommerce platform? That would allow you to track people moving between your website, HS landing pages, and ecommerce platform.
With an Enterprise subscription there is also the option of creating and tracking custom behavioural events.
If you let me know the answers to those, we can dig a little deeper into what options are available.

Hi Frank
completelt custom.
we have 3 variations of the landing page (different URLs) all of which need to be tracked but the purchase product is the same on each page.
