Tracking mechanism with HubSpot

I am disappointed to learn that I am unable to track very basic performances matrix my team members. Very limited assets in the Audit Log section. Cannot even pull up by contact name of understand how much time they have spent on a specific task etc. Would appreciate, if HubSpot could look into this at the earliest and incorporate the suggestions and more. Thank you!
