Thank you for getting back to me.

As a Sales Operations Manager at goUrban, I am trying to create a report/chart/dashboard view showing the progress of the sales team/individual sales reps from the MQL stage to the SQL stage of the lifecycle.

My priority is establishing a SQL/MQL ratio to understand the team’s progress rate over the last few months and to use this as baseline to create forecast/goals.

What I have in mind is a time series showing the number of MQLs and SQL in the pipeline each month, with a trendline charting the ratio across the time series, like below:

The issues I face are as follows:

I have created 2 lists in Hubspot:

- One listing the deals that went through the MQL stage,
- One listing the deals that have reached or gone through the SQL stage.

Please see the criteria used below:

 ![PMgoUrban_1-1664878238784.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/1/2/12f6416e1cad1d5873322296b429050ca9994b24.png)

 ![PMgoUrban_2-1664878238791.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/2X/c/c8b5f165d242511c0fdcee0b8c682e15de69680a.png)

What I wanted to know is whether it is possible to create a ratio from the two lists and to visualize it into one chart?

Hi @PMgoUrban

It won’t be possible to achieve this, although Hubspot offers a Datasets feature to make calculations and visualize those into the report, that also does the calculation on number fields, like Amount/ Revenue.

- Datasets are not doing the calculation on the list count.
Here is the reference article.

I hope it helps!
Thank you
