# Tracking feedback surveys

It would be helpful to view a contact’s survey responses when you open up their contact file. There are tabs for notes, emails, calls, etc, but it would be very helpful for a tab that contains their historical responses to NPS, CES, and CSAT!

Also, some additional reports to view a contact’s feedback over time, rather than all contacts

I like the tab idea! Custom survey responses could live there too instead of having to filter through the activity tab like we do now.
