Is there any way to track growth in ARR that includes built-in growth in multiyear contracts? For example, if there is a deal that is priced in 2022 at $50k, 2023 at $75k and 2024 at $100k, can I the $25k increase in 2023 within the revenue tracking charts?
Thanks
Hi @DavidWatts
Have you had a look at HubSpot’s MRR Reporting? It’s only available to Enterprise customers.
Some of the functionality is limited (in my opinion) so you may not be able to report on increases over years.
Have fun

Hi @Mike_Eastwood , thanks for the response. Yes that’s what prompted the question. The MRR is close to what I want, but it looks like you can only record the data monthly rather than the annual amount. And when you have a deal that steps up you have to replicate the deal which I assume means that in future notes associated with the deal will only be recorded against one of the them…
Hi @DavidWatts
I was hoping there would be a solution for you in the new Sales Hub launched at INBOUND 2023 last week. I haven’t had a chance to try it out yet (just got back to New Zealand from Boston).
There may be some way to harness AI and save the report to your dashboard?
I can’t wait to have a play with the new tools.
Mike
Thanks Mike. Would love to hear if you find anything in the new sales hub that tackles tracking net book extension on an annual basis.
@DavidWatts what did you end up doing to track the multi-year deals?
