When creating a workflow, there is no way to choose a tracked URL as a trigger enrollment criteria. This would be very useful to segment contacts who have clicked a tracked URL from an advertisement. The workflow could either add them to a list, or add them to a Salesforce campaign, etc. As an example, I created a tracking URL within a campaign for advertising banners that I run with an industry vendor. I coded my banners with the tracking URL. I’d like to set up a workflow that if someone clicks that banner, and thus the tracking URL, they get added to a Salesforce campaign. Without this, we could use a workaround to use the “page view” filter with the UTM parameters on it, but that requires the person to actually make it to the page and to stay there for a second or two. In addition, this doesn’t associate the contact with the Hubspot campaign.
