Is there a way to track the open rate and/or click-through-rate for e-mails sent by specific contact owners? What I would like to do is track the success rate of my representatives personal templates that they send to their clients. I know how to track the marketing campaigns, but I would like to see how my teams personal touches work. Thank you.

Short A: Oh yeah.

Just add the reports shown to your Sales Dashboard.
We can also track the marketing emails we send on behalf of our reps completely separate from other marketing campaigns.

Thank you for the walkthrough, that was very helpful. I’d now like to view open rates from individual emails sent on a contacts page. We are trying to determine the average number of opened e-mails it takes for a lead to become a customer. We have the marketing email data, but are missing the sales reps individual emails sent through the contacts hubspot page (not a template, just an email)
