I would like to change the Super Admin, but since our subscription plan includes only one Super Admin/Core Seat, it seems I’m unable to make the change. Is there any way to change the Super Admin without purchasing an additional Core Seat? ---

Hi @yukifukuoka! Super Admin is a _permission role_ — not tied to the number of paid seats. I believe what your issue is could be related to limited amount of core seats and you want to add a new user with super admin permissions, is that correct? If that’s the case and you don’t want to consider extra costs, I’d create/replace one general account (From an existing one with core seat) with Super admin permissions for you to share i.e [general@companydomain.com](mailto:general@companydomain.com) Also note that If you need to remove the previous Super Admin, first make sure the new Super Admin is set, then edit the old user and remove Super Admin access. Hope this helps!
