Running Chrome and receiving this error trying to create my first email on HubSpot. Not a great start to my UE. Big sad.

Hey [@LRātana](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/596858) can you confirm the domain you’re hosting your email on? This may be an issue with the connected domain forcing a redirect to the email editor.

Kia ora Tom,

I believe we are using GoDaddy as our email domain host.

Hi [@LRātana](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/596858) godaddy would be your domain registrar, by domain I mean the actual domain you have set up as your email domain within your [HubSpot domain manager](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/domains-and-urls/connect-a-domain-to-hubspot).

Hey [@LRātana](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/596858) just checking the DNS records for that domain, it looks like this is not connected to HubSpot:

> **[Network Tools: DNS,IP,Email](https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=a%3awhariki.co.nz&run=toolpage)**
>
> DNS and Network troubleshooting and diagnostic tools integrated into one sweet interface.

This is likely what you’re seeing, if the domain manager has that domain setup to host your email content HubSpot is looking to that domain for the content, which is not displaying correctly due to it not being pointed to HubSpot.

Sorry, I’m a bit confused. When using Microsoft Edge, I have no issues. However, Chrome has the above issue. If what you’ve said is true, would Edge not work also?

Hmm yes you’re correct. That is strange, that would lead me to believe this is something being caused by your browser. Does this happen if you try chrome on a different device? Does this happen in an incognito window in chrome?

No, it does not happen when browsing in incognito or on another device. Strange. I’m happy to use another browser in the meantime or access via incognito. Please let me know if you figure out what it might be!

Ah! Well that would point to something on your browser causing this, do you have any extensions on your browser? One of these may be causing this, if you’ve disabled extensions I’d recomend try clearing cookies and cache to see if that helps!
