Tollfree Number Call Record Pushing to HubSpot

Hi,

I need a help of one use case that I’m trying to resolve. We have a toll free number where customer calls. We use third party calling provider which is integrated with HubSpot for outbound calls for sales team.

If any prospect call on the tollfree number I want to push it’s record in the HubSpot CRM is there anyway to do it?

Hi @ajinkyamurtey,

That depends on the third party calling provider - have you checked with them if their integration has the capability to update or create records in HubSpot based on incoming calls?
