For sales sessions where sales people have to call contacts from static or dynamic lists: it would be convenient to access the lists from the mobile application
So I’m not the only one that thinks having lists in a mobile app would be called early insanely useful! Please see this other thread for my main rant, I don’t want to spam too many threads, but I do want to voice my serious confusion that lists are not a main accessible feature on the mobile app: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Lists-in-Mobile-App/idc-p/672546#M119009

Lists on Mobile
- Last updated: May 22, 2025
What is it?
Marketers can now access their lists directly from the HubSpot Mobile App, which is available for iOS and Android devices! This feature allows you to check your lists anytime and anywhere.
Managing lists is crucial for marketers, as it enables them to reach out directly to contacts, send automated communications, and perform other functions.
Let’s take a closer look at this feature!
How does it work?
Mobile users can access the list feature from the home navigation and the marketing experience home.
The first version of Lists lets you:
- View all your lists, static and active: Easily see all the lists in one place.
- Search lists: Find your list by typing into the mobile general search.
- Filter and sort lists: The lists menu contains filtering and sorting options, allowing you to find the lists you’re looking for quickly.
- Add your saved views: You can view your saved views on mobile to access your information quickly.
- Inside your lists: search for the information you are looking for with the local search and consult the list’s information and filters that compose the list.
How does it work? Why is it important?
Lists are essential for many marketing actions and activities. For instance, if you are about to send an email and need to identify members of a specific group, or if you are at an event and want to work with a particular list of leads, having organized lists can be very useful. Organizing and consulting your audience into lists is extremely handy, especially when you are on the go.
Who gets it?
Simply update to the latest version of the OS and Android HubSpot app! The List feature is under the CRM section in the lateral menu and in your Marketing Home experience.
Best regards!
