I recently started to use TL;DV for all my meetings.
As a meeting ins completed it will automatically create a meeting in HubSpot with the notes created by the smart summary in HubSpot.
Here is my challenge. As of today, HubSpot has a meeting since the meeting was booked, and now TL;DV also creates a second meeting for this same meeting which leaves me with two counted meetings instead of one.
I want my numbers to be correct and I would like to hear if anyone has a solution for this so that I can get the information from TL;DV to HubSpot without creating a duplicate?

Hey @fabianspennare! I understand your AI notetaker is duplicating meetings in HubSpot. There would likely need to be a way to identify the existing activity’s unique activity ID in order to append the notes to the existing meeting. That said, I believe the sync from TL;DV is one way, from what I can tell on their website. It seems like you can set up custom workflows in TL;DV, so maybe you can set up something like a note to be added as opposed to a secondary meeting.
Otherwise, I might even reach out to TL;DV to see if they have any workarounds on their end!

Thanks for your reply. Yeah your are right, I got in touch with TL;DV as well and they confirmed that their integration is not able to identify the content in HubSpot so it is not able through the standard integration to merge.
You can as you mention define in the integration settings to create the meeting summary as a note and meeting or any of them so I now changed it to only be created as a note.
They also mentioned that it might be possible to creat a solution through Zapier but they were not sure.
