Hello, I hope there’s a solution for this scenario.

We have the property “Lead Status” and we have set up on own stages based on latest interactions with leads. Now, we want a report to show the time spent between “New lead” and “Qualified”, basically show how much time it takes for a new lead to become a qualified lead.

Is this possible? If so, how?

Hi @kevinrauda49,

If you haven’t already I recommend checking out the [lead functionality in HubSpot.](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/prospecting/set-up-leads)

It works really well and will be more extensive than a custom property. In the lead funnel report under Sales Analytics you can view a lead journey, which essentially gives you the data you’re looking for out of the box.

Lead funnel report defined in the HubSpot Knowledge Base: _this report tracks the time it takes from initial contact to deal conversion. This can be used to analyze lead conversion rates for optimizing lead nurturing strategies._

If you don’t want to do that you could set up a series of workflows with timestamps and then a calculated value between the timestamp to count the days, but the built-in option will be easier and add additional functionality.

Josh

Hello Josh,

I do really appreciate your response. Can you guide me through the creation of those workflows with timestamps?
