Is it possible to report on this for marketing emails, I am looking to see how many peopel viewed an email for more than 4 minutes. Am i only stuck with the standard “Read” field which is 8 seconds??

Hi @Stacks42,

I don’t think there is an additional option for that.

One thing is certain: the data on time spent is becoming less accurate as email clients increasingly block email trackers. I personally recommend disabling these trackers to improve inbox placement rates and reduce the risk of being marked as spam.
