Whenever I click the ‘start exam’, there’s an immediate pop up that says time is up. And I haven’t even seen the first question. I’ve tried to retake it after 12 hours as per instructions but the same 'time is up ’ pops up immediately.

After these twelve hours have already elapsed, please make sure, before clicking the “retake” icon, ensure that you clear your browser’s cookies and cache by selecting the “all time” option. If that does not work open the course page in an incognito window.
