Hi all,

I have recently created a custom object for a client with a pipeline added. However, the client has asked if there is a way to have ‘Cumulative time in’ and ‘Latest time in’ fields as we have in deals.

The client wants to be able to create reports on how long tasks are in their current pipeline stage.

I have tried creating a calculated property using duration but found the issue when it comes to the end time, as there may not be an end time if the object is still in the same stage.

Has anyone found a way around this? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

(Sorry if this is in the wrong category)

Hi @SMumby-Harrison ,

Does the client have ops hub? If so you can create a Today’s date property and a workflow that schedules every day which updates it. You can then use this property and an ‘Entered stage X date’ property to calculate the duration.

Hope this helps,

Ah yes! I had completely forgotten about the scheduled base enrolment. Thank you!
