Look into Deal Tags. It will at least tag deals that are X numbers of days old (or whatever you decide to set-up). It doesn’t tell you how long in current stage though.

Hi everyone! I’m happy to share that Professional & Enterprise tiers now have a default ‘time in current stage’ property, in addition to a ‘date entered current stage’ property, available in their accounts. You can read more about this product update here if interested. 
Please do this for all objects that have pipeline stages, not just deals
