I made a an introductory email blast last Thursday introducing a a service comppany. I got a great open rate with one response stating they are interested. My question.
How often after the first email should you send again not to lose their interest but also not to sound and look “pesty”
Many thanks

Hi @TCuervo,
I would argue that this depends a lot on the content of the first email and the reminder, your target group, industry, products and services, and whether it’s B2B or B2C.
For example, if you’re running a B2C sales that’s going for a week, daily emails might be fine. If you’re inviting someone to a B2B event that’s three months out, even a reminder a week later might be slightly too aggressive.
You’re mentioning the introduction as a service company – could you specify what that means, share more context about the content and what exactly a reminder should achieve?
If you want to get responses from handraiser (people wanting to talk to sales), you could send a follow-up 2-3 working days after the initial send, sharing more details about the services, how to get in contact, letting them know who their individual person of contact is, for example. It is, in my opinion, important that you’re not just changing the subject line for a reminder but that you’re really providing a reason for someone to engage with that email (new content).
Best regards
