I noticed that the ticketing system doesn’t fill the association field automatically when it is made in a deal. It would be a nice addition if it was done automatically, so we don’t have to do the extra work on finding the right contact and company for the ticket.
100000%!!! I set up workflows for this but they are not super reliable. This should happen automatically
Agree this would be very beneficial. It seems very odd that the system wouldn’t automatically link the company/contact from the deal when you are creating the ticket.
